Year 4 Cookery in DT

Well done to Year 4 for showing off their culinary expertises. They made couscous salad and pizza pin-wheels in their DT studies. The children worked fantastically well together in their groups with very little adult help. They have used techniques such as weighing and measuring, cutting, whisking, mixing, rubbing in and rolling out. Lots of children also discovered that they liked some foods that they previously had never tried and never thought they would.
